Pathways, Inc. provides supports and services to people who have been diagnosed with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and are at least 18 years old. Common causes of a TBI are:

• Near drownings
• Major falls
• Sports injuries
• Anoxia

• Encephalitis
• Stroke
• Brain tumor
• Other head or brain injury

Services for TBI are provided to individuals residing in Broome, Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, Tioga and Tompkins Counties and may include:

• Service Coordination
• Home and Community Support Services
• Independent Living Skills Training
• Respite Care

• Environmental Modifications
• Transportation
• Structured Day Program
