The Kids’ Adventure Club program at Pathways, Inc. recently received a grant for $7050 from the John G. Ullman & Associates Foundation, Inc. The grant will go specifically for collaborative learning activities with the Science & Discovery Center to deliver a more enhanced science-based experience for school age children. Some of the programs to be offered include Computer Animation, After School Science Module, Mobile Lab, and a Science Show. The programs are an excellent supplement to the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) activities already offered at Kids’ Adventure Club and will provide hands-on learning experiences for the youth. “We’re thrilled to partner with the Science & Discovery Center to provide these kinds of learning activities for the youth enrolled in our after school and summer programs,” said LeAnn Meinstereifel, Kids’ Adventure Club program director.
