These programs provide a variety of in home services for youth in crisis and their families, day programming for adults with a developmental disability, and school-based programming for children with mental health and special educational needs.
OMH Waiver Services – provides an individualized care approach to youth at risk of placement at institutional levels of care, with services including individualized care coordination, 24-hour crisis response, intensive in-home services, respite care, family support, and skill building.
Day Services – offers persons with a developmental disability various options such as, individualized, small, or large group programs outside their home which are designed to increase independence and employment abilities. These may include day habilitation, community habilitation, and supported employment programming.
Steuben County Dept. of Social Services Collaborative Programs - serve children who are at imminent risk of out-of-home placement and their families and require referral from Steuben County DSS.
