Tax-Deductible Gifts & Contributions

Pathways, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. If you would like to give a tax-deductible gift to Pathways, Inc., you may do so online now or you may complete and print our donation form, and mail it with your contribution to the address below. Memorial tributes are acknowledged with a letter sent according to your wishes. Your name will be included on our website as a donor unless you indicate otherwise with your gift.

Your personal information is strictly confidential and will be used exclusively for Pathways, Inc. purposes, and will not be shared with other organizations. You will be added to our database to receive our fundraiser invitations unless you indicate otherwise with your gift.

Attend Our Fundraisers
